Ryanair will allow you to take two bags into the cabin for €5.

Irish low-cost airline Ryanair is changing its carry-on baggage rules starting in January 2018. Passengers will now be able to carry two bags on board, according to Air Journal.

The change was supposed to come into effect on Wednesday, November 1, 2017. However, the airline decided Postpone the changes until January 15, 2018. Starting from this date, passengers on the European low-cost airline with priority boarding will be able to take two bags into the cabin. The "priority boarding" option is available to customers for €5 when booking their ticket and €6 after purchase. "Priority boarding" also allows passengers to board the plane first.

Please note that all other Ryanair passengers may carry baggage up to 35 x 20 x 20 cm in the cabin free of charge. Wheeled suitcases and large bags up to 55 x 40 x 20 cm are accepted as checked baggage free of charge. Larger items are charged €25, and their weight must not exceed 20 kg.

Ryanair flies between 28 European countries. Flights from Riga, Vilnius, Tallinn, and Tempere are particularly popular with Russians. From there, flights to popular European cities such as London, Barcelona, Milan, Amsterdam, Venice, Frankfurt, and Lisbon can be made for around 50 euros.

Russian low-cost airline Pobeda currently allows carry-on baggage weighing no more than 5 kilograms and no larger than 36x30x27 cm. Carry-on baggage weighing up to 10 kilograms is charged at 1,499 rubles when paid online and 20,000 rubles when paid at the airport.
