Who are the main users of our system?

First of all, these are travel agencies that can create individual tours. A large share of our sales is occupied by agencies that arrange business trips for their clients. We have special products for tour operators and large agency networks.

What challenges do our partners face?

Let's face it, booking individual travel services is not an easy task. As a rule, such services are booked when creating individual programs for clients, and there can be no trifles here. In addition to the client's requests, it is necessary to take into account a lot of technical details. Providers of travel services - airlines, railway carriers, hotels are under pressure to provide the client with the minimum price. And when it is no longer possible to reduce the price without compromising quality, new products appear. For example, such a trend in the airline industry in recent years has become minimum tariffs without baggage and with other restrictions. Welcoming on the one hand such an approach to pricing, we and our partners have faced a lot of technical and commercial challenges. What is included in the price? How much will it cost if it is necessary to improve the conditions for the issued service? How to make the right, informed choice?

In recent years, seriously the structure of our and our partners' profitability has changed. If earlier, for almost all services and suppliers, the main income came from the supplier's commission, then over the last two years the situation has changed dramatically. For many services, the commission has become nominal, conditional. At the same time, on OTA websites, on metasearch engines the price turns out to be more attractive than from airline agents. How is this even possible? In addition to the psychological dilemma of whether to charge a consulting fee for their work, some agents were forced to make effectively illegal transactions - to register services for their clients on websites for individuals. How to find the best price and still remain within the law? How to control your income and register it correctly?

The Pareto rule states that 20% clients bring the company 80% income. In our project, this indicator looks about the same. However, we very carefully study the behavior of agents who make a small number of transactions in our system, because such partners bring stability to the project.
