Moscow led the way, with 391,300 citizens traveling abroad from here, followed by Vladivostok with 371,300.
Residents of Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg also actively traveled abroad from 2015 to 2018: 32% each, Kazan: 31%, St. Petersburg: 31%, Nizhny Novgorod: 28%, Grozny: 26%, and Samara: 25%.
Summarizing the data, the company's experts concluded that 171,300 Russians traveling abroad live in the Central Federal District, 151,300 in the Southern Federal District, and 13,000 in the Volga Federal District. Residents of the Northeastern Federal District travel the least abroad.
