Today, the first and only Mercedes-Benz off-road track in Russia opened at the Gorki Gorod resort. It was built based on the dedicated test track on Mount Schöckl, located near the G-Class production plant in the Austrian city of The "Mountain of Legends" piste is located at an altitude of +960 meters in the city of Graz, an all-season mountain resort.
Journalists were the first to test the exclusive off-road track. On July 4, Mercedes-Benz representatives invited the industry press to a special test drive, which began at Sochi Airport and ended at Polikarya Waterfall.

This unique track was built specifically for this one-of-a-kind vehicle, which has earned the status of a legendary SUV in Russia. Since July 6, the track has been open for test drives of G-Class vehicles until the first snow falls. You can sign up for a test drive on the Gorki Gorod resort website. Mercedes-Benz customers will receive a special discount of 20% upon presentation of their car key.
During the test drive, each participant will be accompanied by a professional instructor, who will assist them in executing a variety of spectacular yet safe maneuvers. The off-road route includes both easy and extreme sections at an altitude of up to 1,370 meters. Instructors will demonstrate the G-Class's off-road capabilities, including climbing (up to 80% on the ascent and up to 80% on the descent), a departure angle of 30°, an approach angle of 31°, and a rollover angle of up to 35°. Test track visitors will be able to experience all this and much more in active zones specially built to showcase the G-Class's impressive capabilities. Guests will not only be able to discover the new G-Class's capabilities but also admire the magnificent mountain scenery, waterfalls, and stunning nature of Sochi.
