
Siberia Airlines (S7 Airlines) plans to increase the number of flights from Novosibirsk to Almaty (Almaty) during the warmer months. Instead of the current one flight per day, it will operate up to two flights per day, reports Travel.ru.
The new flight will be added to the schedule on April 29 and will initially operate four times a week. Departure from Novosibirsk on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays is at 11:30 p.m., arriving in Almaty at 1:05 a.m. Return departures are on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 2:05 a.m., arriving in Novosibirsk at 5:35 a.m. This schedule is in effect in May and October, and from June to September, this flight will operate daily. It is currently not included in the winter schedule (starting October 28).
The current daily flight will continue to operate every afternoon (departure from Novosibirsk at 1:10 p.m., arrival in Almaty at 2:45 p.m., return departure at 3:50 p.m., arrival in Novosibirsk at 7:20 p.m.). All flights will use an Embraer 170 aircraft.
The minimum one-way fare is currently 6,944 rubles without checked baggage and seat selection, and 8,229 rubles with baggage and seat selection. Round-trip fares are 13,476 and 16,046 rubles, respectively. Siberia Airlines also offers connecting fares from various Russian cities to Almaty with a transfer in Novosibirsk.
