Russian tourists are stranded on the Chinese island of Hainan: due to an aircraft malfunction, iFly flight F7-9854 to Moscow, scheduled for May 22, has been rescheduled for the 24th.

As the press service of the tour operator TEZ TOUR explained to the TRN portal, the flight delay is associated with the need for additional maintenance of the aircraft.
"During pre-flight preparation, a malfunction was discovered. For the safety of passengers and crew, the airline has decided to delay the flight to resolve the issue. The problem will be resolved by Thursday, May 23," the company clarified.
They also noted that passengers on flight F7-9854 are staying in hotels and have everything they need. The flight is scheduled to depart for Moscow at 11:00 AM local time on May 24.
