Lux Express bus company has increased the number of services from St. Petersburg to Tallinn and Helsinki. An additional service has been added on each route. The total number of services now stands at nine per day to Tallinn and five to Helsinki, according to Travel.ru's own correspondent.
Departures from Saint Petersburg to Finland are at 6:15, 7:45, 11:00, 15:00, and 23:30, and back from Helsinki at 6:15, 7:45, 11:00, 15:00, and 23:30. Buses also call at Helsinki Airport, where up to half of the total number of tickets for the route are sold.
Previously, the ninth route on the St. Petersburg - Helsinki route was scheduled only during the summer. Now it is included in the schedule throughout the entire sales period. Departures from St. Petersburg to the Estonian capital are at 7:30, 8:45, 11:00, 13:15, 15:45, 17:15, 18:15, 22:00, 23:15, and return from Tallinn at 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, 11:35, 14:30, 15:45, 23:00, 23:40, 23:59.
Lux Express reported significant growth in traffic volume on each of these routes. On the Helsinki route, it reached 401 TP3T in the first five months of the year, and on the Tallinn route, 71 TP3T.
