Effective today, Joanna MacLeod, American Express GBT's EVP, Traveller Care, has been appointed Chief Development Officer to ensure the successful completion of the combination, while William Brindle, HRG's Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of American Express GBT.
