Barcelona police are helping robbery victims by distributing "survival kits" to help tourists and locals navigate embarrassing situations involving missing items, CNN reports.

Additionally, police noted that at least three robberies occur per day, and guards patrol the beaches throughout the summer season.
As a reminder, Barcelona authorities previously warned visiting foreign tourists about an increase in street crime.
