On June 9, 2018, all cable cars at the Gorki Gorod resort will reopen after scheduled maintenance. Most summer activities and routes will be available to tourists. Furthermore, this summer, guests can look forward to exciting new features coming to the resort's Eastern Sector. and in the "Circus-2" zone.

Gorki Bike Park will be fully operational on June 9th, with improved trails and training areas, including a pump track and skill park. Construction of the new trail will begin in time for the Russian Downhill Championship, which will be held at the Gorki Gorod resort in July.
During these days, walks to Polikarya Waterfall, the most famous and popular among tourists, will continue, and almost all other eco-routes will become available: "Relic Forest," "Rope Park," at an altitude of +1500 m, and "Bear Waterfall" at an altitude of +2050 m.
Starting June 15, our partners will organize an ascent to the Black Pyramid peak using climbing equipment along a specially prepared, high-safety route. Guests will have the opportunity to ascend one of Krasnaya Polyana's iconic peaks! Gennady Didenko, Head of Operational Services at the Gorki Gorod resort, says: — The Alpine Meadows eco-trail will become available on July 1, when the entire route is completely clear of snow. Gennady clarifies.

Starting July 1st, the Gorki Gorod resort will be opening its main summer season innovations to guests:
— A high-altitude tent camp, where you can spend the night in a comfortable bivouac at an altitude of +2050 m (Zone "Circus-2"). Seven tents, designed for 15-20 people, will be set up on special platforms among alpine meadows, along with a separate kitchen where guests can cook their own dinner on gas burners. The number of tents will be increased as needed. The camp program promises to be varied: an evening open-air cinema, observing celestial bodies and meteor showers through a telescope, and learning camping skills such as pitching a tent, tying knots, and more. Children's activities are also provided.
Several horseback riding routes will be developed in the Eastern Sector. Tourists will have a choice: ride the cable car (K-12 "Start Champion") or ride this part of the mountain slope on horseback. One of the routes will run entirely through the forest, amidst wild nature and mountain streams.

The "Start Champion" cable car (K-12, Eastern Sector) will also be accompanied by a new, unique descent for extreme sports enthusiasts: starting in early July, the so-called "small zipline," 450 meters long, will open. Participants will be able to ride a roller along a cable at an adjustable speed, wearing protective gear to ensure a safe descent.
IMPORTANT: Throughout the summer season, photographers from the Gorki Gorod Resort's Unified Photo Service are available to work for our guests in the most picturesque locations (elevations of +2200 and +1370 m) to capture the memories of their vacation against the backdrop of mountain scenery.
