A night "Lastochka" train will be launched between St. Petersburg and Pskov.

Russian Railways has scheduled a nighttime Lastochka commuter train service between St. Petersburg and Pskov. The service will operate daily starting November 1st and will be the fourth on this route, according to a Travel.ru correspondent.

The new train departs from St. Petersburg (Baltic Station) at 11:30 PM, arriving in Pskov at 3:00 AM. The return train departs at 10:40 PM, arriving in St. Petersburg at 2:10 AM.

The new flight will be convenient for those attending evening events in St. Petersburg, as well as for passengers flying from Pulkovo Airport. Other flights on this route depart from St. Petersburg at 6:55, 1:40, and 8:15 p.m., and from Pskov at 6:00 a.m., 12:43 p.m., and 7:30 p.m., with fares starting from 488 rubles.
