The next reduction in euro-denominated airfares for international flights from Russia will take place on June 6. The euro exchange rate for international airfare sales is set weekly on Wednesdays. Ruble prices are calculated using the Central Bank of Russia's euro exchange rate for Tuesday, rounded up to the nearest 50 kopecks. The Central Bank's exchange rate for Tuesday, June 5, is set at 72.43 rubles per euro, and a rate of 72.50 rubles per euro will be used for air ticket sales in the coming week, according to Travel.ru's own correspondent.
The reduction will be 50 kopecks per euro (last week, the exchange rate was 73 rubles per euro). Therefore, passengers who have decided on their international travel plans from Russia and are not worried about tickets at their desired fare being sold out can hold off on purchasing them until Wednesday and get them for 0.71 rubles per euro less.
