Tour operator Raduga Travel has announced the termination of its operations due to the inability to fulfill its obligations under contracts for the sale of tourism products, according to a notice posted on the company's website, Interfax reports.
"Raduga Travel Center LLC" (TIN 7725379036), registration number in the Unified Federal Register - RTO 019635, in connection with the inability of the tour operator to fulfill its obligations under contracts for the sale of a tourist product for reasons beyond its control, and on the basis of Art. 17.4 of Federal Law No. 132 "On tourist activity in the Russian Federation", hereby notifies of the suspension of tour operator activities from June 11, 2018," the statement says.
In the press service of Rostourism reported, that according to information received from the tour operator Raduga Travel, flights of tourists on the line of the said organization to places of rest will not be carried out from June 11. The last flight departed from Moscow on June 10, tourists have no problems with check-in. Those tourists who are abroad are provided with return air tickets and the majority of them will return to the territory of Russia before June 17, 2018.
“At the same time, in the event of problems with return flights, as well as non-check-in/check-out from hotels, tourists have the right to receive emergency assistance in the established manner, for which they should contact the Association “Turpomoshch”, the department noted.
The civil liability of OOO Raduga Travel Center for failure to fulfill obligations under the contract for the sale of a tourist product is insured for a total of 100 million rubles in the insurance organizations AO ASK Investstrakh and OOO SK Orbita.
“Information on the procedure for receiving insurance compensation will be published together with the corresponding decision (order) of Rostourism to exclude information about OOO Raduga Travel Center from the Unified Federal Register of Tour Operators on June 13, 2018,” the agency’s press service reported.
