Sales in France will begin on January 10th.

In mainland France, the winter sales season begins on January 10 at 8:00 a.m. and lasts for six weeks, until February 20, according to Travel.ru's own correspondent. Tourists often choose to travel to France during this sales period, when discounts on goods and services reach 70%. It should be remembered, however, that at the beginning of the sales the discounts will be smaller, but the choice will be greater.

Sales dates vary in some regions of France and its overseas territories. For example, in the departments of Meurthe-et-Moselle, Moselle, Meuse, and Vosges (Lorraine), sales will begin on January 2 and end on February 12. In French Guadeloupe, the sales season will run from January 6 to February 16, and in Saint-Pierre and Miquelon from January 17 to February 27. In Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, the sales period will officially begin on May 5 and last until June 15, as these islands are located in the southern hemisphere.
