A Utair plane flying from St. Petersburg to Surgut made an emergency landing. at the alternate airfield in Syktyvkar due to the activation of a sensor indicating a technical malfunction.

"A Boeing 735 flying from St. Petersburg to Surgut landed in Syktyvkar due to a technical issue. The captain decided to land. The landing proceeded as planned," the airline's press service reported, according to TASS.
According to the airline, all passengers were transferred to the next flight to Moscow, from where the plane then departed for Surgut at 10:30.
As a reminder, last week, two Utair airliners, one flying from Surgut to Samara and the other from Moscow to Milan, were forced to abort their flights due to a technical malfunction.
