Siberia Airlines plans to fly from Vladivostok to Busan and add flights to Seoul.

S7 Airlines plans to launch flights from Vladivostok to Busan, South Korea, in late spring. The flight is scheduled to operate twice weekly starting May 2, according to Travel.ru.

Departure from Vladivostok on Tuesdays at 21:00, on Saturdays at 18:20, arrival in Busan at 22:00.5:00 and 19:25, respectively. Return departures are on Tuesdays at 22:35 and on Saturdays at 20:25, arriving in Vladivostok at 2:20 and 23:40, respectively. The Airbus A320 neo aircraft will operate this route.

The lowest one-way fares currently found are 9,642 rubles without baggage and seat selection, and 12,252 rubles with baggage and seat selection. Round-trip fares start at 16,705 and 21,925 rubles, respectively.

Please note that from at least March 1 to 31, due to restrictions and prohibitions imposed by Russian authorities in response to the coronavirus outbreak in South Korea, Siberia Airlines will be unable to operate regular flights to that country (instead of regular scheduled flights, only charter flights will be operated to evacuate citizens already abroad). If the outbreak is not contained in the coming weeks, the introduction of the new flight to Busan may be postponed.

This situation may also impact Siberia Airlines' planned increase in flights from Vladivostok to Seoul. In its summer schedule, the company plans to make a second flight on this route daily (previously, it operated three times a week). These plans may now be delayed somewhat until the situation returns to normal. In the summer schedule, departures from Vladivostok are scheduled at 1:35 (or 2:00 PM) and 8:20 PM, and from Seoul at 3:55 (or 4:05 PM) and 10:40 (or 11:15 PM), using Airbus A320 neo aircraft.
