On April 6, tour operator TEZ TOUR gathered top sales executives from authorized agencies to discuss summer season programs at the S7 Airlines training center, the tour operator's press service reported.

The event turned out to be unique. It's not every day that you get that kind of success. Try your hand at being a real pilot or flight attendant, learn firsthand about flight programs to Spain, Turkey, Italy, Georgia, and Cyprus, and learn all the ins and outs of Iberostar's international hotel chain's sales for TEZ TOUR destinations.
On the day of the event, leading managers and directors from TEZ TOUR's authorized agencies were already up by 8 a.m. Instead of going to their offices, they were treated to S7 Airlines training at its state-of-the-art flight crew training facility.
The first part of the event included emergency rescue training. The agents practiced real emergency situations: extinguishing a fire in the aircraft cabin, testing emergency rescue equipment, rehearsing an evacuation from an aircraft via an inflatable slide, and trying on oxygen masks.

It turns out the air in the masks should last for 20 minutes. This is enough time for the plane to descend to a comfortable altitude of 3,000 meters, where passengers can breathe on their own. However, only 30% passengers have time to use their masks when the cabin depressurizes. Furthermore, they cannot be placed in the special compartment without permission. This could cause a fire.
Seemingly familiar objects were presented to the agents in a completely new light. Exiting a plane via an inflatable slide is only fun during training. In reality, it all happens extremely quickly and in less comfortable conditions. To avoid injury, you must slide down with your arms outstretched.

The second part was dedicated to practicing flight skills. The tourism professionals handled this task with flying colors. They were able to "fly" on an Airbus A320 and a Boeing 737NG. They took off from airports served by S7 Airlines. Naturally, the experience was conducted in real time, with added turbulence, fog, and other effects. Participants chose airports in Sochi, Antalya, Bordeaux, Innsbruck, Batumi, and a dozen other cities. After a short briefing, each participant had five minutes to share their personal flight story as a pilot-in-command.

The third part of the program was devoted to business communication, which featured S7 Airlines representative Tatyana Galasheva and Iberostar's Director of Sales and Promotion in Russia and the CIS, Natalia Gureenkova.

Ahead of the season, agents are armed with new information about the flight program on the wings of a high-quality European carrier, a member of the One World alliance, and a Spanish hotel chain popular with tourists worldwide. Tez Tour offers Iberostar hotels in resorts and islands in Spain, the Dominican Republic, Greece, Mexico, and Cuba at competitive prices.
