Mitsui Fudosan Hotel has opened the luxury Celestine Kyoto Gion Hotel in Kyoto, Japan. It is located in the historic center of the city, a 10-minute walk from the tourist district of Gion and the popular Kiyomizu Temple.. <\/p>\n

The new hotel offers eight room categories, each with a special Ippodo tea set and lightweight cotton yukata robes. According to the Japan Tourism Organization, guests can enjoy the Yasaka Endo restaurant, a traditional Japanese restaurant, the Oumie bar, and a cozy guest lounge with drinks, snacks, and a library.<\/p>\n

The Celestine Hotel Kyoto Gion features its own onsen hot spring bath with a spa complex, as well as a traditional Japanese garden in the courtyard. Rates at the new hotel start at $234 per night for a double room.<\/p>\n
