They painted teeth on train doors to discourage last-minute rushes, BFMTV reports.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>It&#039;s hoped that late passengers will feel less psychologically uncomfortable about jumping into a closing trap, and the number of train delays will decrease. Currently, an average of 20% commuter and regional trains in the Paris region are delayed to some degree. <\/p>\n<p>The toothed train, which will apparently serve as a testbed for this new &quot;technology&quot; for combating schedule disruptions, will operate on the RER E suburban line. The total number of such trains is unknown. <\/p>\n<p>It&#039;s worth noting that teeth on the doors would be much more appropriate on some older Russian metro train models.
