Specifically, the agency will sell 621,086 state-owned shares in Hoteli Makarska, worth $19.1 million, and 34.8 million shares in Jadran Crikvenica, worth about $53.6 million.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe deadline for submitting documents for participation in tenders is November 13, 2017. It is worth noting that the state tried to sell two groups of hotels even earlier, but so far no buyers have been found.<\/p>\n<p>\n&quot;Interested investors are invited to submit letters of intent to purchase shares in joint-stock companies. Letters of intent are submitted for each company individually,&quot; the CERP statement said.<\/p>\n<p>\nBy the way, Croatia is quite active in the hotel investment market. Thus, just last month, Austrian HETA Asset Resolution, a subsidiary of HETA Group, sold a hotel in Istrian Hotels\/Tampten. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/392962d7ca38d038f751c1039a5f1fd0.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe deal included the sale of luxury villas and apartments without furniture and an 18-hole golf course. The second stage of the deal was completed in late September 2017.
