The Temple of All Religions in Kazan, which unites an Orthodox church, a Muslim mosque, a Jewish synagogue and a Buddhist temple, can now be visited by anyone who wishes to do so, the city's official portal reports.<\/p>\n

In the village of Staroye Arakchino near Kazan, a new visit a unique religious and cultural site - the Temple of All Religions, also known as the International Cultural Center of Spiritual Unity. Until recently, the building was privately owned and access was limited.<\/p>\n

The temple is an architectural complex consisting of an Orthodox church, a Muslim mosque, a Jewish synagogue and a pagoda. Inside, there are Egyptian and Catholic halls, a tea room and the Jesus Christ Hall, a theater hall, and an art gallery. Their interiors are intricately decorated with paintings and decorative and applied arts. Services and ceremonies are not held in the complex. Construction of the Temple of All Religions began in 1994. The author, Ildar Khanov, conceived it as an architectural symbol of religions, cultures and civilizations.<\/p>\n

The temple complex was opened after the completion of repair work that began after a fire that occurred here in April 2017. On Tuesday, November 28, a presentation of a new tourism product for representatives of the Kazan tourism business was held within its walls. The meeting discussed issues of organizing excursions and holding master classes.<\/p>\n
