Every year, Dubai's New Year's celebrations, complete with spectacular fireworks displays, attract ever-increasing numbers of tourists. This year, residents and visitors to the emirate can expect a show "unseen before."<\/p>\n

According to Russian Emirates, a large-scale spectacle will unfold on New Year's Eve in Downtown Dubai, around one of the world's tallest buildings, the Burj Khalifa. The new show, dubbed "Light Up 2018," will also feature the famous Dubai Fountains. <\/p>\n

Around one million people are expected to attend the New Year's Eve show in Dubai. Observation decks will be located in Burj Park. Spectators are advised to arrive no later than 6:00 PM by public transport to avoid parking hassles. Huge screens will be installed in Downtown Dubai to broadcast the New Year's Eve show. Those unable to travel to Dubai for the holidays can also watch the show on mydubainewyear.com.<\/p>\n
