Tourists often choose to travel to France during this sales period, when discounts on goods and services reach 70%.<!--more--> It should be remembered, however, that at the beginning of the sales the discounts will be smaller, but the choice will be greater.<\/p>\n<p>Sales dates vary in some regions of France and its overseas territories. For example, in the departments of Meurthe-et-Moselle, Moselle, Meuse, and Vosges (Lorraine), sales will begin on January 2 and end on February 12. In French Guadeloupe, the sales season will run from January 6 to February 16, and in Saint-Pierre and Miquelon from January 17 to February 27.
