Russian Railways has introduced a discount for teenagers aged 10 to 17 during the spring break. Compartment tickets for these teenagers will be sold at a discount of 50% for departures from March 23 to April 1, according to Travel.ru.<\/p>\n

Tickets are available both at the box office and on the Russian Railways website. The discount will be granted if you provide a date of birth between 10 and 17 years of age (this will need to be confirmed upon boarding the train with a passport or birth certificate). The discount may not apply to so-called "services" (compulsory meals, newspapers, etc.), and the final savings on trains or carriages may be less than 50%. <\/p>\n

The discount is only available on Russian Railways trains traveling within the country and does not apply to trains operated by foreign railways or third-party carriers. It also does not apply to train #146\/145 Moscow-Nazran. As a reminder, the permanent discount for schoolchildren is only available in reserved seat carriages.<\/p>\n
