It was previously reported that the Egyptian <!--more-->National carrier EgyptAir has not yet received permission from the Russian Federation to operate flights to Moscow.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n\u00a0An agreement on aviation safety between Russia and Egypt has been drafted, and Russia is awaiting the Egyptian side&#039;s signature.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Russian Transport Minister Maxim Sokolov previously stated that regular air travel between Moscow and Cairo could begin in mid-February.
