Macedonian authorities have extended visa-free entry for Russian tourists for another year. Until March 15, 2019, Russian citizens need only have a valid passport and travel insurance to visit Macedonia.<\/p>\n

According to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the decision to waive visa requirements for Russian citizens was made in Skopje on March 13. This measure applies only to short-term visits: Russian citizens may stay in Macedonia for no more than 90 days within each six-month period, counting from the date of first entry.<\/p>\n

Macedonia has been a visa-free destination for Russian tourists since March 15, 2012.<\/p>\n
