{"id":41798,"date":"2018-04-04T17:01:09","date_gmt":"2018-04-04T14:01:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.prestigtours.com\/novosti\/krypnye-otelnye-cepochki-idyt-v-danang-i-fykyok.html"},"modified":"2018-04-04T17:01:09","modified_gmt":"2018-04-04T14:01:09","slug":"krypnye-otelnye-cepochki-idyt-v-danang-i-fykyok","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.prestigtours.com\/en\/novosti\/krypnye-otelnye-cepochki-idyt-v-danang-i-fykyok","title":{"rendered":"Large hotel chains are heading to Da Nang and Phu Quoc"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n<strong>Major hotel chains are entering Vietnam&#039;s second-largest and most popular resorts, Hotel Management reports.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/cd39dbce86e6892ed73d79121b1826e2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nWhile hotel companies are not abandoning the country&#039;s most popular tourist destinations and major capital cities, they are considering <!--more-->opportunities for development in other, less popular resort areas.<\/p>\n<p>\nAccording to <strong>Le Hoang Vu, consultant for InterContinental Hotels Group<\/strong>Nha Trang has been removed from the company&#039;s list as a &quot;key growth area for development.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>In turn, Michael Ong Michael Ong, Vice President of Development of Pan Pacific Hotel Group<\/strong>He clarified: &quot;We have a presence in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, so we&#039;re now ready to expand into other areas, including Da Nang and Phu Quoc. PPHG will soon begin promoting these destinations.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Growing attention to Da Nang<\/strong> Experts attribute this to the growth of golf tourism in the region, especially after the Asian Golf Tourism Convention was held there last year. Investors and tourists are also attracted by the annual International Fireworks Festival, held from April to June, and international sporting events, including the Manulife Danang International Marathon.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe renovated Da Nang International Airport also attracted additional tourism to the resort. In 2017, the city welcomed 6.3 million tourists, representing a double-digit increase compared to three years earlier.<\/p>\n<p>\nFurthermore, the region&#039;s tourism development aims to increase flights from various parts of the world. Currently, 20 international airlines have established direct flights from China, Macau, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Russia, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, and Hong Kong.<\/p>\n<p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/775af3dfa5ec1182b582953595afdd63.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Phu Quoc is also a growing market<\/strong>Local and central authorities on the island plan to develop it into an international hub for eco- and resort tourism, an entertainment and financial hub.
