A new attraction, exotic for tropical climates, has appeared in the Maldives: an open-air ice skating rink. It's located on the grounds of the five-star Jumeirah Vittaveli Maldives hotel.<\/p>\n

The eco-friendly skating rink was created using modern Swiss technology, writes AsiaTravelTips. Located right next to the beach, visitors can skate on pristine ice while enjoying the ocean view.<\/p>\n

The price for a two-hour skate session, including skate rental and an ice cream, is $75. Subsequent sessions cost $50. The rink is open from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM for visitors of all ages, but children under 8 must be accompanied by a parent.<\/p>\n
