Flights were suspended following the crash of a Russian airliner over Sinai in October. <!--more-->2015.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/b68ed63cd231d6f952f1af76a439f770.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAccording to the publication&#039;s sources at Cairo International Airport, there were 186 tourists on board the Ukrainian airline&#039;s plane that landed in Cairo.<\/p>\n<p>\nAccording to a source at the Egyptian Ministry of Civil Aviation, the Ukrainian national airline will initially operate four flights to Egypt each week, and will subsequently increase the number.<\/p>\n<p>\nAccording to the source, each aircraft is designed to accommodate 188 passengers, and larger aircraft will begin operating at a later stage of flight program restoration.<\/p>\n<p>\nMeanwhile, charter flights from Ukraine to Egyptian cities were not suspended. In 2017, approximately one million Ukrainians visited Egypt, an increase of 851,000,000 compared to 2016.<\/p>\n<p>\nAs for Russia, regular flights from Moscow to Cairo and back will begin on April 11.
