On May 22, a ferry will once again connect the coasts of Montenegro and Italy, according to Travel.ru. The Montenegrin company Barska Plovidba has signed a contract with the Croatian ferry operator Jadrolinija, which will provide the vessel Dubrovnik for service on the Bar-Bari route.<\/p>\n

The ferry will operate once a week until the end of June, twice a week from July 4 to August 15, and then once a week until November 30. The Dubrovnik ferry can accommodate 1,100 passengers and several dozen cars.<\/p>\n

The Bar-Bari ferry line is popular with tourists who can cross the Adriatic Sea overnight and transport their car for an extended trip to Italy. Tickets start at \u20ac55 per passenger one-way (excluding car transportation). Russian tourists require a Schengen visa to travel to Italy from visa-free Montenegro.<\/p>\n
