As promised, on May 30th at the Travel IT WorkShop exhibition, the survey results were announced and the winner of a valuable prize from the international operator TUI\u2014a tour\u2014was selected. <!--more-->for two for a week in Turkey.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/5714b3b719218e5c1279c7ab08abc065.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nMore than 300 agencies across Russia participated in the survey. The winner was selected from the list of respondents by randomly generating numbers in the presence of exhibition visitors. <strong>The lucky winner of the tour was Dmitry Romanov from the Panda Express agency!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/11f6213b3ff21bc7a77842f8eab46a53.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/f2a352405fca3a20734b8477ec29734b.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>The agency survey yielded the following results:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\nClients contact 97% agencies to organize individual tours;<\/li>\n<li>\nThe share of individual tours in agency sales increased to 15%,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<strong>Main factors<\/strong>, which are holding back the increase in sales of individual tours in agencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\nLack of a convenient online booking system for individual tours (67% respondents)<\/li>\n<li>\nLack of training in selling individual tours (27% respondents)<\/li>\n<li>\nLack of information about booking systems for individual tours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nYou can read the full version of the presentation with the survey results. <strong>follow the link.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nTUI&#039;s Custom Tours Department is always happy to help you tailor your vacation to your clients&#039; needs.
