Sultan Waterfall"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\nDzhily-Su is famous not only for its mineral springs but also for its beautiful waterfalls. Sultan Waterfall plunges down from rocky ledges, dropping 40 meters in a rapid stream.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/3e5018b2218b272b87357c6a3fa332dd.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"all\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The photo shows people near the waterfall (in a red jacket) - for clarity of scale.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/0816e47f8da834c5b6eacf94af41c2d9.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"all\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Drinking water flows through the pipe, spoiling the landscape considerably. I didn&#039;t Photoshop it\u2014let it be as is. It&#039;s an eyesore, though.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/254ef627be71aa1fa4a1543f0cc06f6a.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"all\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The Kyzylkol River, falling through the Sultan waterfall, merges with the Malka River closer to the springs.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/ec4346d33e6fc683581a42ed32605ae0.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"all\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Malka looks like a fairly calm river before its confluence with Kyzylkol.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/4d3390257860e10febe50c747e3c9423.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"all\"\/><\/p>\n<p>In some places, water gushes straight out of the rocks.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/e50850ed9b2e68daa083c3ef02bcb2bf.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"all\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Right at the water&#039;s edge, the steep cliffs resemble a layer cake.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/455b391480af79e657ba80614cffa027.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"all\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Opposite the Sultan waterfall there is warm narzan, which has a positive effect on the gastrointestinal tract.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/230a6ec6336b47b5ab93ee56f982c867.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"all\"\/><\/p>\n<p>On the other side of the river, along the path leading to the Sultan, there are the eye and kidney springs.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/2645266f3d0f05c6b7ecbdad7b633e00.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"all\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The road to the Silver Spring begins here.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/f10f8693df17752ef2bcfbb398cff23b.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"all\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The Malka River Gorge.
