To do this, the experts analyzed guest ratings and reviews after their stay. The analysis took into account guest ratings for hotels rated at least 2-5 stars in the 20 largest cities. <!--more-->by population in Russian cities. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/b5dfd384124c40c73fd0aad0d35d62be.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nHotels received the highest ratings <strong>Yekaterinburg <\/strong>On average, guests rate the quality of hotel staff in the capital of the Sverdlovsk region at 8.97 out of 10.<\/p>\n<p>\nSecond place in the ranking was taken by <strong>Nizhny Novgorod<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Users rated the friendliness of hotel staff in this city at 8.87 points.<\/p>\n<p>\nThird place with a score of 8.85 points was taken by <strong>Rostov-on-Don<\/strong>Hotel staff also made it into the top 5. <strong>Krasnodar <\/strong>And\u00a0<strong>St. Petersburg<\/strong>, they received 8.84 and 8.83 points respectively. <strong>Moscow <\/strong>took only 10th place in the ranking with a staff rating of 8.73 points.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe most common complaints from Russian hotel guests are about the indifference and incompetence of hotel staff. Positive reviews often focus on politeness and a willingness to help with any questions.<\/p>\n<p>\n&quot;The high staff ratings indicate that Yekaterinburg hotels place more emphasis on achieving their core goal\u2014high levels of hospitality\u2014than other cities. Guest comfort depends on more than just the number of stars or the softness of the bed. The relationship between the manager, hotel staff, and guest is the foundation of high service standards. When compiling the rating, we noted that guests sometimes rated the staff at three-star hotels higher than at five-star hotels.
