Ryanair employees are demanding higher wages and better working conditions.<\/p>\n<p>\nLast week, Ryanair pilots in Germany reached an agreement that they will be permanently employed in the future and will no longer have to pay for their own training, German public media outlet ARD reported.<\/p>\n<p>\nRyanair flies to over 1,800 routes from 215 airports in 37 countries. Last fiscal year, the company carried 130.3 million passengers.
