Stay One Degree, a company specializing in luxury vacations, has named the 10 most extravagant requests from wealthy clients. Business Insider reports this.<\/p>\n

The list begins with a request from one of the company's clients for a huge aquarium stocked with sharks in their vacation apartment. Another request was for a haunted house in or near the bedroom, which would add variety to the vacation's cultural program. Some wealthy clients insist on a helipad. The company noted that one of the main reasons people seek properties with a helipad is the inaccessibility of the airport for ordinary people. In 2017, interest in such helipads increased by 500%, Stay One Degree representatives added.<\/p>\n
Among the extravagant wishes of wealthy tourists also are: - the presence of a real portrait artist who can capture one of the episodes of the holiday on canvas at any time;<\/p>\n
\u2014 a wine cellar with 30-year-old Bordeaux wine and 50-year-old whiskey;<\/p>\n
- bulletproof glass in all main rooms of the residence;<\/p>\n
\u2014 private coastline and 24-hour access to a private beach.<\/p>\n
Rounding out the top 10 quirks of the wealthy are rustic garden houses for children with full amenities, including electricity, running water, a cinema, and a games room; a private zoo with live exotic animals, preferably a tiger; and a large dressing room with a personal stylist.<\/p>\n
