Qatar Airways is running a discounted promotion on flights from Moscow to Asian cities with a layover in Doha. Round-trip tickets, including taxes, are priced at 33,219 rubles to Manila and 33,968 rubles to Jakarta, according to Travel.ru.<\/p>\n

Tickets are on sale until December 20 or 21, and are valid for travel up to a year in advance. Ticket exchanges are subject to a fee of $220 and a surcharge up to the current fare at the time of exchange. Refunds are subject to a fee of $440. As a reminder, you can depart from Doha without a visa during a layover.<\/p>\n
