Ulyanovsk Region Governor Sergei Morozov announced this in an interview with RIA Novosti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/799e5183e97884ff718989583cc474a9.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cThe airline is tentatively planning to begin operations <!--more-->scheduled flights in the summer of 2019. The carrier is currently resolving organizational issues,&quot; he said.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe governor also noted that the region is working on airport handling requirements and is negotiating with major federal tour operators to include the region in programs for Chinese tourists.
