Presence in <!--more-->The presence of a multitude of economic entities, such as tour operators, travel agents, contractors, and tourists themselves, predetermines the diversity of contracts concluded, and the contractual framework undoubtedly needs to be streamlined.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe seminar will examine in detail the contractual relationships between tour operators and various enterprises and organizations providing services included in the tourism product. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\nExperts will highlight key points of the contract that require special attention in order to minimize risks when concluding the contract.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\nIn addition, tourism experts will provide practical advice to tourists and travel agencies on how to proceed in the event of a tour operator&#039;s bankruptcy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>The following issues will be discussed during the event:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:circle;\">\n<li>\nCurrent legal and tax issues;<\/li>\n<li>\nSale of tourism products by travel agents and tour operators;<\/li>\n<li>\nContents of the agreement on the sale of a tourist product;<\/li>\n<li>\nResponsibility of travel agency and tour operator;<\/li>\n<li>\nTour operator bankruptcy \u2013 consequences for tourists and travel agencies.
