In the first nine hours of Sunday, the number of earthquakes reached 21, RIA Novosti reports.<\/p>\n<p>\nAccording to the agency, vehicle traffic on mountain roads within a one-kilometer radius of Owakudani Valley, a popular tourist destination, has been closed.
