A survey of 1,600 people revealed that the days of tourists hiding cash in hotel furniture or burying it in their laundry bags seem to be over.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/0e4cc647f2103228b72335dbb8939975.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\nAs the company&#039;s press service told TRN, every second respondent said they &quot;have nothing to keep. I travel with a card, so I take a minimum of cash with me on vacation.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>\n17% take this matter very seriously: they keep their money only in the room safe or in the safe at reception. 15% take bills with them when they leave their room. 10% hide their money in the suitcase they arrived with. The least number of tourists (4%) hide their savings in the room itself (for example, under the mattress).<\/p>\n<p>\nSurvey results: <strong>\u00bb<\/strong><strong>Where do you keep money when traveling?<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n51% \u2014 nothing to store. I travel with a card, so I take a minimum of cash with me on vacation.<\/li>\n<li>\n19% \u2014 only in the in-room safe. Or in the safe at reception;<\/li>\n<li>\n17% - I take it with me when I leave the room;<\/li>\n<li>\n9% - I keep it in a suitcase;<\/li>\n<li>\n4% - I hide it in the room itself (under the mattress, for example).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nIn June, Tutu.ru surveyed travelers about their attitudes toward alcohol on vacation. More than 3,500 people shared their opinions. Tourists were asked, &quot;How often do you drink alcohol on vacation?&quot; The majority (67%) vacation with alcohol: some more often, some less often. 33% of respondents are on a &quot;sober&quot; vacation, voting for the option &quot;I don&#039;t drink alcohol.&quot; Almost a third of respondents (29%) admitted to drinking every day or every other day, but don&#039;t get drunk. 24% tourists enjoy a drink (shot) in good company once or twice during their vacation. 8% tourists are open about their drinking habits, do it often, and don&#039;t always remember their limits.
