This was reported by the press service of the regional office of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/5f78b54573b9415ba46d9e5f1b0e58bc.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cOn the afternoon of September 12 and throughout the day of September 13, a strengthening north-easterly wind is expected in Crimea <!--more-->\u201c17\u201322 m\/s,\u201d the report says.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe agency recommends that visitors and residents of Crimea stay away from advertising billboards when outdoors, avoid parking under trees, and avoid standing near road signs and signs.<\/p>\n<p>\nIn addition, rescuers recommend strictly adhering to a number of rules of conduct on the water during adverse weather conditions to avoid accidents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\nSwimming is permitted only in designated areas.
