According to data posted in the Electronic Justice system, the airline&#039;s debt to its partner amounts to <!--more-->307.8 thousand rubles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/34ef60994a872d4651b6782ec531daa4.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\nAs experts note, despite such a small amount, Flash Light Capital has the right to file for bankruptcy, since, according to the law, a creditor acquires this right if the debt amounts to three hundred thousand rubles and is not repaid within three months.<\/p>\n<p>\n&quot;An airline may repay its debt before the creditor&#039;s claim is considered on the merits, in which case the proceedings will be terminated.
