This was reported in a statement by the country&#039;s Ministry of Civil Aviation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/62bd6cc7728eeb97d412c62577a9b155.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cAs part of the Egyptian Ministry of Civil Aviation\u2019s efforts to enhance competitiveness <!--more-->Egyptian airports and bringing them into full compliance with the most modern international standards, as well as to increase the flow of tourists to the resorts of the Red Sea, the Minister of Civil Aviation Yunis al-Masri took part in the launch of the test operation of the second terminal of the Sharm el-Sheikh airport,\u201d the document says, RIA Novosti reports.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe building was equipped with modern security equipment: 200 CCTV cameras, biometric control of employee access to service areas, air analyzers for detecting explosives and toxic substances, devices for scanning and 3D display of baggage contents.
