Minsk-2 National Airport is the largest in Belarus. The annual passenger flow of Minsk-2 exceeds 4 million people. The airport serves domestic and international flights, connecting Belarus with cities in Russia, Europe, the UAE, Georgia, etc. The airport is located 42 km from the center of Minsk, in the Smolevichi district.<\/p>\n

Passengers who have passed passport control can rest in special sleeping cabins, which are located on the 4th floor of the airport in the transit hall of the international sector. Inside, the cabin is equipped with a small bed and a locker for small items. It is quite spacious for one person. In the left wing of sector 1-2 of the Minsk airport, temporary accommodation rooms are rented out. Depending on the capacity, the rooms have single or double beds. Showers and toilets are located on the floor.<\/p>\n

Travelers can also rent hotel rooms in one of the corporate dormitories of the Minsk airport at Korzhenevskogo 41, near the Solnechnaya Dolina ski resort, or at Baramzina 13 in the Sokol microdistrict.<\/p>\n

Transit travelers prefer not to enter the city and look for accommodation near the Minsk-2 airport in suburban settlements. The closest to the airport is the Korolev Stan estate and the Green Park spa hotel. In the villages of Smolnitsa and Kolodishchi there are several options for overnight stays at reasonable prices. More and more apartments are found on the approach to Minsk, especially in the Minsk Lighthouse area and in Uruchye. Most farmsteads and hotels offer a transfer for an additional fee, if this service is not provided, you can always ask the staff to call a taxi from or to the airport.<\/p>\n
