Turkish Airlines will increase flights from Istanbul to Yekaterinburg.

Turkish Airlines plans to increase the number of flights between Istanbul and Yekaterinburg. Starting June 6, the carrier plans to operate five flights per week on this route, up from the current four, according to a Travel.ru correspondent.

A Wednesday flight will be added to the existing flights. Departure from Istanbul daily, except Friday and Sunday, at 12:30 AM, arriving in Yekaterinburg at 6:45 AM. Return departure at 7:40 AM, arriving in Istanbul at 10:30 AM.

The route uses a Boeing 737-800 or Boeing 737-900 aircraft. The winter schedule (starting October 28) currently lists only three flights per week, but it's likely the airline hasn't adjusted this yet.

As a reminder, this summer, Turkish Airlines will also increase the number of Istanbul-Sochi and Istanbul-Rostov flights. The carrier also plans to soon launch flights from Istanbul to Krasnodar. However, the company has suspended flights from Istanbul to Stavropol.
