Rotana has signed two new management agreements to strengthen its presence in Dubai and Europe, reports Hhotel Management.

Thus, in Dubai, Rotana took over the management of Cayan Tower, the ninth tallest residential high-rise building in the world, under The Residences by Rotana brand. The company will also manage Bosmal Arjaan in Bosnia and Herzegovina, aiming to expand into Southeastern Europe.
Cayan Tower The Dubai Marina development comprises 490 apartments and seven retail spaces across 73 floors of the skyscraper. With its addition to the company's portfolio, Rotana will now manage 14 properties in this popular emirate.
“Cayan Tower will be a significant addition to our portfolio in Dubai,” said Omer Kaddouri, President and CEO of Rotana.
The addition to Rotana's Dubai portfolio is in line with the company's plans to open 7-10 new hotels in the UAE by 2020.
By the end of 2018, the portfolio in the Middle East will comprise 67 operating hotels.
Bosmal Arjaan by Rotana Bosmal City Centre, the second tallest residential tower in the Balkans, will open by the end of 2018. The apartments in the Bosmal City Centre complex in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will be managed under the Arjaan Hotel Apartments brand by Rotana. The complex will feature 130 two- and three-bedroom apartments.
