Tourists will receive the insurance payment in full, but it's worth noting that this is only a small portion of the tourists who will receive the payment, as RossTour worked with many of the tourists as a travel agent.

According to available data as of November 14, the insurance company ERV 987 claims for insurance compensation were received for 2,314 tourists from RossTour LLC. On November 15, ERV Insurance Company announced the closure of the first register and the opening of a second. The second register will be formed from November 15 to December 18, 2018, and payments will be made based on the amount of claims submitted by affected tourists and the remaining amount paid to victims from the first register.
As a reminder, the first application register was opened on October 17, 2018, where cases were compiled to accurately determine payment amounts. The first payments were due no later than November 15. Consequently, the first application register closed on November 14, 2018 (for more information, see the link: https://www.trn-news.ru/news/83764).
According to ERV's website, the first register included claims for insurance claims. The source states that the damage did not exceed the insured amount, and therefore, tourists will be paid in full.
As a reminder, in early October, Pegas Touristik, Coral Travel, Sanmar, and Intourist terminated their partnership with the RossTour booking center due to delays in tour payment schedules. The head of RossTour acknowledged a significant cash flow shortfall. On October 15, RossTour announced the termination of its tour operator activities, publishing a notice on the company's website.
