Travel service Tutu.ru conducted a survey and asked tourists how they experience a long flight delay. “What should you do if the airline delays a flight for three hours or more?” was the topic of the survey, in which more than 4 thousand people took part. travelers. There were fewer people who liked to write angry reviews than those who were ready to go to court.

 

 

As the study showed, most passengers do not intend to go to court and punish the airline. Only 13% of respondents chose the option "I try to get monetary compensation from the airline, if necessary, I go to court." 7% admitted that in such cases they write negative reviews about the airline and advise their friends not to fly with it. 15% respondents answered that they will grumble and forgive the air carrier, and 9% will not even grumble: they admitted that they treat such troubles philosophically.

At the same time, every second traveler (56%) is ready to forget about a long wait if the airline, on its part, prepares some kind of bonus.
