The Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned tourists about abnormal heat in Poland.

The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has warned tourists about abnormal heat in Poland and recommends limiting their time outdoors.

"Poland - August 27 - September 2, the country's meteorological services warn of extremely high air temperatures; recommended "Minimize your time spent outdoors," the Russian Foreign Ministry's Situation and Crisis Center (SCCC) reported on Twitter.

As a reminder, the World Health Organization (WHO) previously issued a statement on measures to protect against the effects of high temperatures and heat waves. It is necessary to maintain a cool temperature in your home or room, take frequent cool showers or baths, wear light clothing, drink water regularly, try to avoid going outside during the hottest part of the day, avoid physical activity, stay in the shade, and avoid leaving children and pets in cars.
