On January 7, 2019, the visa waiver agreement between Russia and the Government will come into force. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines for mutual travel between Russian citizens and citizens of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. A similar agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica will come into effect on January 14, 2019, according to the press service of Rostourism.

"Russian citizens who hold valid passports entitling them to cross the border, including diplomatic and service passports, and citizens of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines who hold regular, diplomatic, and official passports, will be able to enter, exit, transit, and reside in the territory of the other Party without visas for up to 90 days within any 180-day period, counting from the date of first entry," the statement reads.
It is also worth noting that a similar procedure is being introduced for citizens of the Russian Federation and for citizens of the Commonwealth of Dominica.
